Delete your account and data

You can do this yourself, at any time, inside the app:

• Delete a reading: Profile, then Readings. Its numbers are removed from our servers and its photo from your phone.
• Delete your account: Profile, then Delete account. Your account, every reading, your consent records and the photos on your phone are removed permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it. An account that never added an email address can only be deleted from inside the app, because we have no way to tell whose it is.

Your photos live only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them with it. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Is Véda a medical device?

No. Véda measures visible properties of skin in a photograph. It does not diagnose, treat or advise on any condition. If something on your skin worries you, please see a doctor or dermatologist.
